Dine With Lelo Irealnd LTD provides curated long‑table dining experiences, private dining, catering, and culinary events across Ireland. All services are operated by Dine With Lelo Ireland LTD, based in Dublin, Ireland.

2. Event Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email with event details after your purchase.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our events involve advance preparation, ingredients, and venue arrangements:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non‑refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
If Dine With Lelo Ireland LTD cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.

4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs when notified in advance. However, all food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross‑contamination. Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies before attending an event.

5. Photography and Media

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform us at the start of the event.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Payments are processed securely through our website.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
