This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Dine With Lelo Ireland LTD, including dining experiences, pop‑up events, cooking classes, catering services, and ticketed cultural events. Dine With Lelo Ireland LTD operates in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish consumer protection laws. Please note that the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply to food services, catering, or events tied to a specific date.
1. Dining Experiences & Pop‑Up Events
Because our events require advance preparation, ingredient sourcing, and limited seating, the following terms apply:
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours before the event qualify for a full refund.

No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If We Cancel If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date.
2. Cooking Classes
Cooking classes involve pre‑purchased ingredients, venue preparation, and limited spaces.
Refunds

3. Private Catering (B2C)
Deposits A non‑refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations

Cancel 7 days before the event: deposit is retained, and no further payment is required.

Cancel within 7 days: full payment may be required depending on preparation already completed.
Changes Menu or guest count changes must be made at least 5 days before the event.
4. Corporate Catering (B2B)
Deposits & Payments

A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Full payment is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations

Cancel 14 days before the event: deposit is retained.

Contracted Services Long‑term or recurring services follow the terms of the signed agreement.
5. Ticketed Events & Special Cultural Experiences
